Society for Learning in Retirement London

Sponsored by Westminster College, The Society for Learning in Retirement London (SLR) has been offering programs for over 15 years.

The programs are organized to provide shared-learning opportunities for retirees and others seeking knowledge and new insights on a variety of topics. Members participate in Study Groups on topics that interest them and share responsibility for their own learning.

Three sessions are offered annually: fall, winter, and spring. Classes meet once per week with two presentations scheduled each day

SLR also organizes social events such as lunches, guest speakers, bus trips and nature walks. Participants tell us that some of the best experiences are meeting others with similar interests.
