Application Process Instructions

1. Review the granting policies and guidelines to determine whether your grant request is eligible.
2. Incomplete grant application packages will not be considered and will be returned.
3. If you have questions about eligibility of your proposal or the instructions please contact Gloria Rolfe @519-673-0040, or email info@wcfoundation.ca.
4. A complete grant application package must include:
   • One (1) electronic copy of the application emailed to info@wcfoundation.ca with a list of the applicant's current Board of Directors (or Officers in a comparable position) and a copy of the applicant's budget proposal.
   • One (1) printed copy of the Grant Application form sent to Westminster College Foundation, Attn: G. Rolfe, 1490 Richmond Street, London, ON N6G 2M3, with a list of the applicant's current Board of Directors (or Officers in a comparable position) and a copy of the applicant's budget proposal.
   • One (1) printed copy of each:
   • Audited financial statements
   • Minutes of the motion of the organization's governing board authorizing the grant request
   • Signed Declaration of Intent (see last page of application)
5. Grant recipients are fully accountable to Westminster College Foundation for funds received upon the grant being accepted and are therefore required to fulfill the requirements of their signed Declaration of Intent.
6. Recipients are required to acknowledge their partnership with Westminster College Foundation in all project communications, if relevant.

Assessment Criteria:

• Ability to carry out the proposal and to achieve the desired results
• Ability to manage the requested grant and the resources needed
• Proposal is clear and measurable
• Evidence of additional support in the form of volunteer time, contribution from other organizations, cash or in-kind donors and applicant
• Clear demonstration for the significant need for funding from Westminster College Foundation
